I love to cook with lemon pepper. My kids despise it. So I cook myself treats after they go to school, and the baby eats it anyway.

Ingredients For lemon pepper fried potatoes

  • 8 sm
potatoes, ( golf ball or smaller)
  • 3 Tbsp
    sunflower oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon pepper
  • salt to taste

How To Make lemon pepper fried potatoes

  • 1
Quarter the potatoes, place in a small pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook until potatoes are just fork tender. Any longer and they get too mushy. Place in colander in sink and let drain.
  • 2
Heat oil skillet (non stick is best) over medium high heat. While it is heating, shake the potatoes a few times, and then season well with lemon pepper while still in colander.
  • 3
When oil is heated, carefully slide the potatoes into the pan, and cook until golden brown. I usually just cook one side, but you can cook the other sides too. Salt if needed, and enjoy
