This casserole will have them coming back for seconds..one of my favorite casseroles to take to potluck..everyone's always asking for the recipe..it's so cheesy good! Try to get a good ham for in this..I buy a couple smoked ham slices and cube it.. This is good for breakfast with eggs..Lunch, or dinner, as a side dish..or make a meal out of it with a salad along the side..it's so yummy! My pictures.

Ingredients For ham - n - tater casserole

  • 1 - 30 oz
    ( 1 pound) bag frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 2 can
    1- (10/ 34) ounce and 1- (14 3/4) ounce cans of cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 c
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 - 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated, parmesan cheese
  • 8 - 10 oz
    cooked ham, cubed
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How To Make ham - n - tater casserole

    Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.

    In a large bowl, mix hash browns, soups, onion, ham, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.

    Spread evenly into baking dish.

    Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown and bubbly.
