How To Make dirty potatoes

1Preheat oven to 425.

2Scrub or peel potatoes, cut into bite sized pieces. Place in bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix, stir to coat.

3Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Put potatoes on sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until fork tender.
