I am potato kind of girl. I love my hashbrowns. I use this casserole as an entree or a side dish. Everyone in the family loves it. Its funny because I kept adding things until it tasted good. It is so good!! Inspired by www.plainchicken.com

Ingredients For cheddar & bacon potato casserole

2(16-oz) containers sour cream

2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

2(3-oz) bags real bacon bits
-
2 pkgranch dip mix

1 lg(28-30 oz) bag of frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded
How To Make cheddar & bacon potato casserole

1In a large bowl combine first 4 ingredients then stir in the hash browns. -
2Spread the mixture into a 9×13 pan, and bake at 400 for 45-60 minutes.
