I got this recipe from a good friend. But as I always do I have changed it to make it mine. I will always follow a recipe once. Then as I eat it I am making plans in my head on how to make it better.

Ingredients For bubbles and squeak

    strips bacon, uncooked
  • 1 lg
    onion
  • 1-2 pkg
    shredded cole slaw mix
  • 2 pkg
    betty crocker instant mashed potatoes fully loaded
  • 1 pkg
    diced ham

How To Make bubbles and squeak

    In frying pan (deep), add chopped bacon,onions and ham.

    Cook until bacon is browning, add Cole Slaw mix. Cook until Cabbage is tender browning.

    In another pan cook Instant Potatoes until done.

    I then pour the Bacon mixture into a large bowl. How ever big you needed it. Then add in potatoes and mix.

    The add mixture back into the frying pan. And Brown the potatoes.
