2 c

cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 stick

margarine
2 c

sour cream
1/2 c

grated onion

How To Make baked cheese potatoes

Peel and cube potatoes. Salt potatoes. Heat cheese, margarine, sour cream and onion until blended.

Pour cheese mixture over prepared potatoes. Stir to combine. Turn into greased casserole.

Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
