Ingredients For macaroni loaf

  • 7 oz. macaroni, uncooked (2 cups, cooked)
  • 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup onion, grated
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine

How To Make macaroni loaf

  • 1
    Prepare macaroni as pkg. directs. Drain.
  • 2
    Mix macaroni, pour into 11 x 7 inch pan. Top with breadcrumbs and cheese.

    Mix onion, eggs, cream, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour over macaroni mixture. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or til set. Serves 6 My Old Recipes
