Ingredients For baked macaroni and cheese

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni (8 oz)
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 8 oz
  • dash paprika

How To Make baked macaroni and cheese

  • 1
    Cook macaroni as directed on pkg. for 5 minutes. Drain well.

    Mix milk, egg, salt, dry mustard and pepper in buttered 2 quart casserole. Stir in cooked macaroni with 1 3/4 cup cheese
  • 3
    Top with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or til top is golden brown. Serves 4 to 6 My Old Recipes
