Ingredients For russian beet salad

1 1/4 cthin carrots chopped coarsely and cooked till tender

2 cbeets, cut julianne style,

4extra large organic, hard boiled eggs, chopped coarsely

1/4 cpicked herring in sour cream, chopped fine
-
1/3 chelm's mayonnaise, or make your own
-
2/3 csour cream
-
2 cleft over ham or beef, cut into small cubes

1small purple onion, cut into thin slice for garnish
How To Make russian beet salad

1Mix all together and set in refrig to chill.

2Serve with dinner.

3If you don't like Herring..leave it out.
