I love to tint the egg whites with food coloring for Easter it gives a festive look to the table.

Ingredients For penny's deviled eggs

  • 12 lg
    eggs, hard boiled
  • 3 Tbsp
    salad dressing or mayo
  • 1 tsp
    sweet pickle juice
  • 1 dash
    dijon mustard

How To Make penny's deviled eggs

    Place eggs in pan and cover with cold water bring to a boil for about 10 minutes (depending on your stove mine is electic so it takes longer to boil) and cool overnight. During Easter my egg whites are tinted with food coloring before I add the yolk mixture. Makes a festive display. Spring tops of yolks with sweet paprika to make it pretty. Serve.

    Peel eggs cut peeled eggs long way and remove yolk. Place yokes in bowl and smash with a fork until all crushed up add your ingredients stir and refill egg whites with mixture.
