This recipe was handed down to me from my late M I L. It is a favorite at the holidays, The holiday dinners are not complete without it. It is good for BBQ's to. As long as you are at home. It's one of those you need to keep near the frigde. I know YUK cottage cheese, not sure why it is there you CANNOT taste it. I have even made it without the cottage cheese. Tasted the same. Try it you will be pleasantly surprised!!

Ingredients For g'mas pink stuff

1 sml boxjello any flavor, i use strawberry or cherry

1 sml pkgcool whip

1 cancrushed pineapple

1 sml pkgsml curd cottage cheese
How To Make g'mas pink stuff

1Poor crushed pineapple into medium to large bowl,add Jello. Stir jello until it is dissolved.

2Combine Cottage Cheese. mix well until complete mixture is the color of the Jello you choose.

3Now add Cool Whip, a lil at time. It will appear lite and fluffy. Once you have mixed in the Cool Whip place in refrigerator for at least an hour.
