1/2 tsp Powdered mustard

1/4 tsp Tarragon (or chervil)

3 Tbs Tarragon vinegar
How To Make shallot dressing

1Place all ingredients except vinegar in a small bowl, stir well to mix, cover, and let stand at room temperature about 1 hour. Stir again, mix in vinegar, and use to dress crisp green salads.
