2 sticksreal butter, soft

10 oz.frozen strawberries, thaw & drain well

1 c.confectioners' sugar
How To Make strawberry butter

1Put all ing in mixing bowl and beat well. It takes 30-40 mins. to come together so that is why it is good to have a stand mixer. But, if you don't and don't mind the time try it anyways, it is worth it. Keep covered & in ref. Serve it with crackers or fruit bread.
