this is a so good jam and this one also came from my friend when I first got married 36 yrs ago. and she was 80yrs old at the time shes gone now but I still use all the recipes she gave to me. And I think of her every time I make this jam

How To Make mock strawberry jam

1simmer to gether for 20 mins then add large box of jello (dry) either strawberry or rasberry they will each have a different flavor, so dont mix them together. Simmer for another 20 mins stiring to keep from scorching to the bottom of pan. put it in 1/2 pint jars ( I use pint jars because we use it so fast.) and seal put upside down till cool.
