We all have run out of a condiment a time or two when we didnt realize we needed to buy more.... Well here is a recipe to make Mayo in a pinch.... If the flavor isnt to your liking, adjust the ingredients til it is! Have fun and happy spreading.....

2egg yolks

lrg 1 cof sugar mixed with 2 tbsp. of flour
-
1 tspdry mustard
-
1 ccream ( sour or sweet )

2 cweakened vinegar
-
salt to taste
How To Make homemade mayonnaise in a pinch...!

1Cook gently, stirring all the time. Cool and store with jar. Should not be too thick!

2Can add various other things to make a designer mayo with a different flavor. Use your imagination!!! Enjoy!
