I got this idea from a restaurant that made great deli sandwiches and they made them with a garlic mayo spread. I also use this for grilling grill cheese sandwiches instead of using butter.

1Crush garlic with a wooden block and add to mayo. Mix together. -
2Refrigerate for 1 hr for Grilled Sandwiches or until the next day if using it as regular mayo for Deli Sandwiches.
