i love cheese spreads and dips for the holidays and this one is really good, so you may want to double and/or triple this reciepe. it won't last long. enjoy with ritz crackers and cheese cracker and other flavored crackers.

in large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except for paprika and parsley sprigs.
