i love cheese spreads. this is the time of year for parties and gatherings. and cheese spreads can be the star of your buffet table. just serve with a variety of flavored crackers. people love it.

8oz cream cheese softened
2 tsp

drained red pementoes
1/2-1/3 bottle

small dejonaise
4 Tbsp

sour cream
1 pinch

onion powder
4oz jar

ragu yellow cheese
to make dejonaise: 1 part djon to 2 parts mayo. do not use lite mayo

combine all ingredients in large bowl

blend thoroughly. pour into air tight container. this is a make ahead. that way all flavors blend well on its own.

just before you serve garnish with paprika and litely sprinkle parsley on top as well.
