Ingredients For green chili chutney

    roasted new mexico green chilies, peeled and chopped
  • 4
    tomatillos, chopped
  • 1/2
    onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    vinegar
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 pinch
    cumin
  • 1 tsp
    red chili powder

How To Make green chili chutney

  • 1
    Toss all chopped vegetables together in a heavy saucepan. Mix in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1/2 hour, stirring often. Serve hot. Makes 2 cups.
