1 Tbspjack daniel's tennessee whiskey

1 Tbspfinely chopped parsley

1 Tbspfinely chopped chives

1 smclove garlic, chopped and mashed into a paste
How To Make black and blue cheese butter

1Combine butter, blue cheese, Jack Daniel's, parsley, chives, and garlic in a small bowl. Blend well with a wooden spoon.

2Roll the mixture into a 1 1/2 inch diameter cylinder in a piece of waxed paper. Seal the ends and refrigerate until firm.

3Slice and place a pat of the butter over a grilled steak or serve with baked sweet potatoes.
