Ingredients For black and blue cheese butter

  • 1 stick
    butter, softened
  • 2 oz
    crubmled blue cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    jack daniel's tennessee whiskey
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely chopped chives
  • 1 sm
    clove garlic, chopped and mashed into a paste

How To Make black and blue cheese butter

    Combine butter, blue cheese, Jack Daniel's, parsley, chives, and garlic in a small bowl. Blend well with a wooden spoon.

    Roll the mixture into a 1 1/2 inch diameter cylinder in a piece of waxed paper. Seal the ends and refrigerate until firm.

    Slice and place a pat of the butter over a grilled steak or serve with baked sweet potatoes.

    NOTE: this butter can be frozen until ready to use.
