Homemade teriyaki sauce is the best and so easy to make. I have been making it for years; I have one warning if you are new to the kitchen (When sugar boils, it boils over EVERYWHERE!!)

Ingredients For teriyaki sauce

  • 1 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger

How To Make teriyaki sauce

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in saucepan and heat on medium heat until nappe.(In cooking, nappe refers to either the ability of a liquid to "coat the back of a spoon" )
