we always had excess amounts of Zucchini in the garden. This is what we did with it to stock the shelves for winter.

Ingredients For zucchihi jelly

  • 6 c
    zucchini
  • 4 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 20 oz
    crushed pineapple
  • 6 oz
    jello any flavor
  • jelly jars, lids and seals

How To Make zucchihi jelly

  • 1
    Put zucchini and a small amount or water in sauce pan. Cook 6 mins. drain well. Add sugar & pineapple, cook 3 mins, stir often. Add jello stir till dissolved. Put into clean jelly jars leaving 1/2 inch head space. Seal
