~ dill dressing for cucumbers & salads too

I took one of my Grams dressing recipes and tweaked it to my preferences. She would always serve this over lettuce or cucumber and onions. Either is delicious!

Ingredients For ~ dill dressing for cucumbers & salads too

  • 1/2 c
    hellmanns mayonnaise
  • 1/8 c
    each - rice vinegar & sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    mustard
  • 1/4 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    each - dried dill & fresh cracked black pepper or to taste

How To Make ~ dill dressing for cucumbers & salads too

  • 1
    Mix all dressing ingredients together with a whisk, until smooth. Serve over cucumbers. I like to mix red onion and cucumbers. Many times I just dip the cucumbers in the dressing. This is also a delicious dressing for a salad.
