Ingredients For slow cooker spicy sausage & beer cheese dip

  • 1 pkg
    (16 oz.) hot sausage, crumbled
  • 1 sm
    green pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 sm
    onion, finely chopped
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 can
    (12 oz.) beer
  • 3 pkg
    (8 oz.ea.) shredded monterrey jack cheese
  • 1 pkg
    (8 oz.) cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp
    tabasco
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make slow cooker spicy sausage & beer cheese dip

    In a large skillet, cook sausage, green pepper, onion, and garlic over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes or until meat is cooked through and vegetables start to soften.

    Drain any fat, and then pour sausage and vegetables into a slow cooker.

    Add beer, shredded cheese, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, and salt and pepper to taste to slow cooker. Stir everything to combine.

    Cover and cook on LOW for about 2 hours or until heated through and cheese has melted. Stir well. Remove cover and keep on low to serve warm.
