I got this recipe from my nephew at least 7 years ago and have added it my permanent recipe collection. It's easy to make and quite delicious and allows you to be creative if you so desire by incorporating tomatillas or more jalapenos according to personal taste.

1 smgreen pepper, small dice

1 lgjalapeno, seeded and minced

2 clovegarlic, minced

5 sprigcilantro

3 Tbspwhite vinegar

1 smcan tomato sauce

1 pinchsalt

1Combine all ingredients in a non reactive bowl and store in fridge for 7 days.

2If you want to spice it up more then add an additional minced jalapeno. Another variation is to add a small diced tomatilla.
