I make this with my 13 y.o. son, Jason every week and let's face it -it's a darned good way to bond and get him to eat his fresh veggies! Esp. in season when we grow our own jalapenos!!!

    onions, vidalia, peeled
  • 4
    jalapeno peppers
  • 2
    italian peppers
  • 1 Tbsp
    oregano, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp
    cilantro, fresh
  • 1
    lime

How To Make *jason's "inferno" salsa

    Dice all of the vegetables into small pieces; we prefer not to blend or puree it. Combine all ingredients together; squeeze the juice of both ½;s of the lime, then season to taste. • Season – to taste: ground black pepper, Accent, Mrs. Dash (table blend), garlic powder Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours to blend flavors.
