Ingredients For fresh salsa

  • 3/4 c
    sliced jalapeno peppers, drained
  • 15 oz
    artichoke hearts, drained & rinsed
  • 2 1/4 oz
    black olives, drained & chopped
  • 2 lb
    tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp
    green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt (optional)

How To Make fresh salsa

  • 1
    Finely chop peppers & artichoke hearts. Mix with other ingredients except salt. Taste; only add salt if needed. Chill before serving. Serve with oven baked tortilla chips or serve as a side dish.

    This is SPICY....you may want to use less jalapeno.
