Ingredients For fresh salsa

3/4 csliced jalapeno peppers, drained

15 ozartichoke hearts, drained & rinsed

2 1/4 ozblack olives, drained & chopped

2 lbtomatoes, chopped

4 Tbspgreen onions, chopped

1 1/2 tspminced garlic

1 Tbspred wine vinegar

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1/4 tsppepper

2 Tbspcilantro

1/4 tspsalt (optional)
How To Make fresh salsa

1Finely chop peppers & artichoke hearts. Mix with other ingredients except salt. Taste; only add salt if needed. Chill before serving. Serve with oven baked tortilla chips or serve as a side dish.

2This is SPICY....you may want to use less jalapeno.
