Ingredients For fresh jicama-lime salsa

    jicama, peeled and diced
  • 1
    navel orange, peeled, sectioned and coursely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1
    green onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime peel, grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 2 tsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp
    sugar

How To Make fresh jicama-lime salsa

    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss to mix. Cover and chill 1 hour. Stir before serving.
