6 ounces cranberry juice frozen concentrate

1 cup dried cranberries

1/4-1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon orange zest

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
How To Make cranberry salsa

1Combine ingredients in a medium saucepan.

2Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

3Reduce heat, simmer 5-10 minutes, until the onion is tender and the mixture thickens. Chill.
