1/2 ptheavy cream ( not ultra pasturized )

1/2 ptsour cream
How To Make creme fraiche

1Mix both ingredients together in a bowl or container with a tight fitting lid. Blend well, cover & let stand at room temperature overnight. Should be well thickened by morning.

2Refrigerate, should last approximately 2wks. Use in whatever strikes your fancy.
