Okay My husband found this online somewhere and asked to make this with a baked chicken. After I cooked the chicken (no special way) I dipped a peice into this sauce and OMG i was in love.

Ingredients For chimichurri sauce

1/2

red onion

garlic cloves (i used a garlic press)
1 1/2 c

chopped cilantro
1 c

chopped parsley
juice of 1 lime
3/4 c

olive oil
1 tsp

sea salt
black pepper to taste

How To Make chimichurri sauce

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process on low until the mixtureis almost smooth but still a bit chunky.
