2 Tbsp

honey
2 tsp

vanilla
1 1/2 tsp

grated lemon rind

Mash cream cheese with a fork in a medium -size bowl untill light and fluffy Stir in honey, vanilla and lemon rind untill well blended. Refrigerate in a covered container.
