This is one of my favorites on pulled pork but it allso works with beef.

Ingredients For carolina grilling sauce/marinade

  • 1/2 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar or more to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • pinch
    red pepper flakes or more to liking

How To Make carolina grilling sauce/marinade

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together and brush on meat. Add more sauce while meat is cooking or use as a marinade before cooking the meat to add more flavor.
