1/4 ccanned solid pack pumpkin

1/4 tspnutmeg

1/8 tspallspice

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/2 lbbutter, unsalted (2 sticks)
How To Make pumpkin butter

1Heat pumpkin in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it dries out (about 2 minutes). Let cool.

2By hand fold pumpkin puree with nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon into butter.

3Refrigerate up to two weeks.
