Serve this recipe over tossed salads. Marinate chicken breast, for the grill (1/2 cup marinates 4 chicken breast) Marinate for 4 hours. Marinate pork tenderloins or chops.

Ingredients For cranberry vinaigrette

  • 2 c
    cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 dash
    fresh ground pepper
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 3 c
    vegetable oil

How To Make cranberry vinaigrette

    Place cranberries in blender with cider vinegar and puree. If blender is large enough, add remaining ingredients and blend together.

    Otherwise, transfer puree to a large mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients; mix well with electric mixer.

    Keep refrigerated; stir or shake well before using.
