sour cream
1/4 c

heavy cream
1/4 c

cider vinegar
1 tsp

salt

In a small bowl, combine oil, sour cream, heavy cream, vinegar salt & garlic until smooth. Chill Serve over salad greens. Yield: 1 1/2 cups
