cita's cilantro dip / cilantro salad dressing

A co-worker shared this recipe with me and I've added my own touch to this. It is always a hit! I started making this into a salad dressing to compliment my King Ranch Chicken cassarole.

Ingredients For cita's cilantro dip / cilantro salad dressing

  • 1 bunch
    cilantro, fresh
  • 1 pkg
    ranch style dressing mix
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 jar
    pickled jalapenos (medium heat)

How To Make cita's cilantro dip / cilantro salad dressing

    Wash and towel dry the cilantro.

    In a food processor; add the cream cheese, cilantro, ranch dressing mix, and some pickled jalapenos. (start with a small amount and add according to your "heat" indicator). Add a little bit of the pickled jalapeno juice to thin the dip.

    For Salad dressing add less pickled jalapenos, but more pickled jalapeno juice. This will still give you the heat, but allows the dressing to have a smooth pouring consistency.
