This salsa is great for parties with tortilla chips, or it makes a wonderful sauce for steak, fish, etc.

2 Tbsp

olive oil
4 to 7

roma tomatoes, chopped
1

garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 sm

jalepeno peppers
1/4 tsp

salt
1/2 tsp

garlic salt
1/2 tsp

seasoning salt
8 oz

tomato sauce

How To Make tasty salsa

Chop tomatoes, garlic, onion, jalepenos and cilantro. MIx together. Add seasonings and then add tomatoe sauce. Mix well. If you like your salsa with more tomatoes, add the full amount. If you want your salsa hot add two jalepenos, if not just add one. Cilantro can be strong so add a bit at a time until you like th taste.
