This great with rye rounds, garlic sticks, Doritos and pretzel sticks and veggies too! ( good on burgers, fries and hot dogs too). Good in quesadillas, on a pizza- etc... you get it.

Ingredients For chili/cheese dip

  • 15 oz
    can chili with beans
  • 14 oz
    can petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • 3/4 c
    sliced or minced green onions
  • 1 tsp
    chopped fresh cilantro
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    corn chips, finely crushed
  • 2 c
    shredded mexican blend cheese

How To Make chili/cheese dip

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 400^. Lightly spray an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray. Combine chili, tomatoes, onions and cilantro in a small bowl; st aside. Spread cream cheese in bottom of baking dish. Top with a layer of chili mixture. Sprinkle top with the corn chips and cheese.Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve.
