This dip is so addictive. Make sure you have plenty of tortilla chips on hand because you just can't stop! If you can't find the Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch dip mix, you can substitute 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix and 1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix. I've tried this in a pinch and it works very well.

Ingredients For fiesta dip

  • 1 pkg
    hidden valley fiesta ranch dip mix
  • 2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    salsa of your choice
  • 3-4
    green onions - sliced with some greens
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make fiesta dip

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients well. Store in airtight container and refridgerate for 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
