This is fantastic on Biscuits and Scones with Lemon curd or a nice Blackberry Jam......I usually fix this when we have a tea party at my sisters house...The last party we had was a baby shower and It went over huge.....I love the taste and creaminess of it how smooth it is..It has a great rich flavor....better than butter

11. Using a whisk attachment on the mixer, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Remove from mixer, and hand whisk in the sour cream and confectioners' sugar until just combined. Store in refrigerator.
