Who would have known 5 ingredients could be so incredibly yummy? I was inspired to make this from a traditional cuban black beans and rice recipe. I roasted my own red peppers, but I'm sure you could just as well use the canned ones.

Ingredients For cuban hummus

1 canblack beans

1 smonion

1/2 Tbspminced garlic

1 smlimes, juiced

2 mdroasted red peppers
How To Make cuban hummus

1Roughly chop the onion and roasted red peppers. Drain and rinse the can of black beans.

2In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator prior to serving.
