Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined & tails off, raw
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 3 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/8 teaspoon tabasco
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 dash pepper
How To Make cheesy shrimp dip

Step 1Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel.

Step 2Saute onion & garlic in bacon drippings until soft. Drain on paper towel.

Step 3Coarsely chop the shrimp. Crumble bacon & place in a small crock pot along with the other ingredients.

Step 4Cover & cook on LOW for about 1 hour, until the cheese is melted. Thin with milk if too thick. Serve with chips.
