I found this recipe years ago From Butter and loves recipes, this is great for holidays , dinner parties or just a sit down fondue night at the table..

Ingredients For cheese fondue

1/2 lb

cheddar cheese
1/2 lb

swiss cheese
3 Tbsp

flour
12 oz

beer
1 Tbsp

lemon juice
1/4 tsp

garlic powder
1 tsp

mustard

How To Make cheese fondue

Mix ingredients in a pan.Heat over electric fondue burner or heat on stove, then put into fondue pot (non electric).

Hint: Blender may be used for quicker blending.
