This is one of my mom's recipes from when I was a kid. I haven't had it in quite a while. I'll be trying it again soon and will hopefully make it Family tested and approved!

Ingredients For artichoke dip

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 14 oz
    artichoke hearts, canned
  • 2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 3/4 c
    parmesan cheese

How To Make artichoke dip

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350°. Chop up the artichoke hearts to a desired size. Mix all ingredients. Put mixture in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
