This is a easy chicken pasta salad that keeps in the refrigerator for several days. As it sits it just gets better. The recipe originally came from Mrs. Mickey Leland. I got it from her brother-in-law, whose mother resides at the assisted living community where I do volunteer work.

Ingredients For pineapple chicken pasta salad

2 cchicken, cooked, and diced

1 smbox pasta shells, cooked and cooled

2 Tbsppineapple, crushed

2 tspsoy sauce

1/4 cred bell pepper, chopped

1 tspchives, finely chopped

mayonnaise, to taste

1 dashginger powder

1/2 dashchopped pecans
How To Make pineapple chicken pasta salad

1Combine all the ingredients and chill thoroughly. NOTE: Leftover rotisserie chicken works really well in this dish.
