Ingredients For orzo salad with ripe olives and pine nuts

2 cripe olives

1 cdiced 1/4 inch red bell pepper

1 cdiced 1/4 inch yellow bell pepper

1 cdiced 1/4 inch green bell pepper

1/2 cminced scallions

1/4 ccapers

2 pkg1 pound each orzo pasta cooked and chilled

1 cherbed white wine vinaigrette dressing

1/2 cpine nuts toasted

1Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Add orzo pasta and vinaigrette dressing. Toss well. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
