Ingredients For red cabbage salad

  • 1/2 md
    red cabbage, chopped
  • 1
    spring onion, diced
  • 1
    apple, cut in chunks
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    coconut
  • 1 pkg
    vegetable dip mix
  • any vinagarette dressing (raspberry is nice)

How To Make red cabbage salad

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together, EXCEPT dip mix, mayo, and dressing. Set aside
  • 2
    Mix the dip mix, mayo, and vinagarette dressing to taste. Add enough to think the dip.

    Mix with cabbage. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Set aside and let sit for at least 2 hours or overnight.
