1/2 cred onion rings

1/2 cchopped green pepper

1small garlic clove, minced

1packet sweetener

1/4 cvinegar

1 Tbspoil

salt and pepper to taste

dash of hot sauce
How To Make black-eyed pea salad

1Combine peas, onion, green pepper and garlic.

2In a small bowl, stir together all remaining ingredients and pour over vegetable mixture.

3Cover and chill for at least 2 hours
