Ingredients For sundried tomatoes and artichoke pasta

  • 1 pkg
    mostacolli pasta, 12 to 16 oz
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 2-4 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • 1 can
    artichoke hearts in water, drained
  • 1 jar
    sun dried tomatoes, in oil, 8 oz
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    fresh parsley, chopped or 1/4 cup dried parsley
  • 1 c
    pasta water
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese

How To Make sundried tomatoes and artichoke pasta

    Cook pasta.
  • 2
    While pasta is cooking, heat oil in large skillet; add onion and garlic. Cook til onion is soft; add artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, bread crumbs and parsley; heat through.

    Add 2 ladles of water pasta is cooking in, to artichoke mixture. Drain pasta and add to artichoke mixture. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serves 10 From Tasty Temptations
